Directions

The Presque Isle Lighthouses are located on beautiful Lake Huron in northeast lower Michigan, off US 23 and midway between Alpena and Rogers City.

From I-75

From Exit 310 (Indian River), drive east on M-68 through Onaway to US-23 at Rogers City.

Turn right (south) onto US-23.  Then follow the “From Rogers City” directions below.

From Rogers City

From the intersection with M-68, drive 14.3 miles south on US-23 (toward Alpena) to County Highway 638.

Turn left onto 638 Highway.

Drive 4.1 miles on 638 Highway, bearing left at the “Welcome to Presque Isle” sign. 638 Highway dead ends at E. Grand Lake Rd.

Turn left onto E. Grand Lake Rd.

From this intersection, drive on E. Grand Lake Rd.:

From Alpena

From the intersection of US Highway 23 and Long Rapids road, drive north on US Highway 24 for 8.7 miles to E. Grand Lake Road.

Turn right onto E. Grand Lake Rd.

Drive 3.5 miles to the stop sign.

Turn right to stay on E. Grand Lake Rd.

From this turn, drive on E. Grand Lake Rd.:
